Welcome to a new segment within the Bone Boy Billy series, taking the time to explore some of the greater lore around the town of Serling. We don't always get to see the town and it's interesting citizens as much as I'd like. So this is helping fill in some gaps. We'll post these sort of irregularly. This comic, like the previous one, was done a while back. It's nice to finally share them.
